2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • First-time subscribers only
  • Account in good standing
  • No violation of our Terms of Service

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions after the 14-day period
  • Renewal payments
  • Enterprise plans (custom pricing)
  • Add-on services or credits
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
